veenion GmbH keeps your personal data safe. We use several security procedures to protect your data.
To ensure data security in your environment as well, we recommend the following measures in particular:
Signature card, card reader, software-based certificate, and your PC should be protected against unauthorised use and against influence on signature-relevant data by viruses, Trojan horses, etc.
Proper function of your system should be reviewed at regular intervals. Ensure that input of the PIN required for use of the signature card or the certificate is not observed and that the PIN is not disclosed to other persons otherwise either.
